Sun Valley has few conventional attractions within its residential streets, but it is well situated for exploring the Cape Peninsula. Nearby Silvermine in Table Mountain National Park offers a wheelchair-friendly reservoir boardwalk, walking routes, birdwatching, picnicking, dog walking and designated mountain-biking opportunities. Noordhoek’s Long Beach, Fish Hoek Beach, Clovelly, the wetlands around Noordhoek and the scenic Chapman’s Peak route are also within easy reach.
