Hlabisa is a rural service town in the Big Five Hlabisa Local Municipality of northern KwaZulu-Natal’s uMkhanyakude District. It lies along the R618 between Nongoma and Mtubatuba, close to the western side of Hluhluwe–iMfolozi Park.
