Hillcrest is a leafy residential and commercial centre in the Upper Highway area of the eThekwini Metropolitan Municipality. Situated approximately 30 kilometres inland from central Durban and around 700 metres above sea level, it lies along Old Main Road near the M13 and N3 routes.
